My name is Greg Waddell, owner and founder of Tangle Ridge Builders, LLC.
I have worked in the residential construction industry since the early 1990s, and in 2003 I founded Tangle Ridge Builders with a simple goal: to provide homeowners with a more personal custom home building experience.
In the early years, I was directly involved in every phase of construction—from framing and roofing to siding, cabinetry, and finish trim. That hands-on experience continues to influence every home we build today. It has given me an understanding of construction that goes far beyond managing a project, it has taught me how every decision made during design affects the finished home.
Because I intentionally limit the number of homes I build each year, I am able to work closely with every homeowner from the initial design through the final walkthrough. My goal is for every client to feel that they have my full attention throughout the entire building process.
At Tangle Ridge Builders, we combine traditional craftsmanship with today’s best building materials, structural practices, and energy-efficient construction methods. We also work alongside a trusted team of skilled subcontractors who share the same commitment to quality that has guided this company from the beginning. For me, building a custom home is about far more than completing another project.
