We begin by listening—understanding how you want your home to look, how you want it to function, and what matters most to you and your family. We then combine those ideas with our experience in both residential design and construction to develop a home specifically suited to you.
At Tangle Ridge Builders, design and construction work together from the beginning. Greg personally works with our homeowners during the design process, bringing decades of hands-on building experience to the plans before construction ever begins. This allows us to consider not only how a home will look, but how it will be built, how the spaces will function, and how design decisions may affect the construction budget.
For our Lake Sinclair homes, we also consider the individual property—taking advantage of lake views, lot characteristics, outdoor living opportunities, and the relationship between the home and the water.
From the initial concept through the final plans and construction, we work closely with you to refine the details and create a home that reflects your vision, is structurally sound, energy efficient, and designed to serve your family for years to come.
